Anoniend Terms of Service

Draft v0.1 — 13 October 2026. Must be reviewed by an EU lawyer before launch. Placeholders in [brackets].

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and [OPERATOR NAME, ADDRESS] ("Anoniend", "we"). By creating an account you accept them, the Community Guidelines and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this contract. You may not use Anoniend if we have previously banned you.

3. Your account

restore your account.

Strikes and bans stay with your account.

4. Your content

Anoniend (and in store screenshots only with your consent) for as long as it is online.

5. Moderation (DSA art. 14 and 17)

We use keyword filters, AI classification, member reports and human review. We may hide, remove or restrict content, and suspend or ban accounts, including at device level. You will receive a statement of reasons for every decision affecting you. You can appeal in the app within 6 months, use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (DSA art. 21), or go to court. Members who repeatedly file manifestly unfounded reports may have their reports deprioritised (DSA art. 23).

How "For You" works (DSA art. 27): whisps are ranked by recent engagement (likes, replies, reposts, saves) decaying over time, boosted when they match your interests, and reduced for authors with low trust. The Following feed is purely chronological.

6. Reporting illegal content

Anyone — member or not — can report illegal content in the app or at anoniend.com/report (DSA art. 16). Authorities: [email protected] (DSA art. 11). Our EU legal representative (DSA art. 13): [EU REPRESENTATIVE].

7. No emergency service

Anoniend is not a crisis or emergency service. We show helplines when we detect someone may be struggling, but we do not monitor members in real time. In an emergency call 112.

8. Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features. We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes to these terms in the app.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for breaches of essential contractual obligations limited to foreseeable damage. [Adjust per governing law.]

10. Law and disputes

[Governing law]. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory law of their country of residence and may sue in their own courts. EU online dispute resolution: [link if applicable].
